Why a certificate has become necessary
The law requires it
Welders, crane operators, electricians and drivers must hold a qualification document. An employee without one is a fine at the next inspection.
Tender and client requirements
International contractors ask for ISO 9606 and similar certificates for every employee. Without them you are out of the tender.
Audit and incident risk
The first question in an accident investigation is whether the employee was qualified. An expired certificate does not count.
Four services
We combine one or several of them, depending on what you need.
Certifying your workforce
Assessing and certifying employees who already know the job, without retraining them.
DetailsTraining and certification
A full or shortened programme for a closed group, followed by the exam.
DetailsOn-site training and assessment
Assessment and training at your site, on your own equipment.
DetailsCompliance management
We keep the certificate calendar and recertify before anything expires.

The problems we solve
Typical requests and how they were solved. Client cases will appear here once consent is given.
- Construction
40 welders, 3 weeks, a tender
A large contractor's tender called for ISO 9606. 40 welders were assessed; 32 went straight through the exam and 8 after bridging training. 3 weeks in total.
- Manufacturing
A new CNC line, 12 operators
The plant bought Hyundai-Wia machines. 12 operators were trained on a shortened 6-week programme and received the state certificate.
- Oil and gas
A pipeline crew, ISO 9606
An international operator required ISO 9606 from the contractor for every welder. Assessment on site, the exam on campus.
Questions
What HSE and HR managers ask.
How long does it take to certify 40 welders?
Assessment takes 2 days, the exam 3–4 days, the certificates 5 working days. About 2 weeks in total.
Can you come to our site?
Yes. Assessment and training in welding, electrical work, crane operation and safety take place at your site. Simulator courses run on campus only.
Which certificate will an auditor accept?
The state-issued certificate and, where an international requirement applies, ISO 9606 / EU Code 95. Each carries a QR code, so the auditor can check it.
How is payment handled?
A contract with the legal entity, an invoice, a bank transfer. Payment in stages is possible.
What happens when a certificate expires?
The employee must not be put to work. Under the compliance service we warn you 60 days ahead and schedule the recertification.
