Why study here
Soldamatic AR simulator
The first 72 hours are on the simulator. No material used up, no risk of burns, and every weld is scored.
Real welding stations
Abicor Binzel torches and industrial power sources. Not a training mock-up — the equipment used in a plant.
Dormitory and meals on campus
350 beds and three meals a day for those travelling in from the regions. 75,000 so'm / day each.
DVS and ISO 9606
The exam follows the German Welding Society standard. The certificate is recognised in Europe and the Gulf.
Course structure
The difference: the short course covers MMA and one position only; the full course covers three processes, positions PA–PF and preparation for the international exam.
- P-1
Short course — 1 month
144 hours. Safety, MMA basics, the simulator and real stations. Upskilling for people already working.

Questions
The questions asked most often about this programme.
Can I learn welding from scratch?
Yes. The course starts from scratch: theory and the simulator in the first month, then real stations.
What is the difference between the 1-month and the 3-month course?
One month covers MMA and a single position (144 hours); three months cover three processes, every position and preparation for ISO 9606 (432 hours).
What is ISO 9606, and do I need it?
It is the international standard for welder qualification. You need it to work abroad; in Uzbekistan the state certificate is enough.
I can already weld and only need the certificate — is that possible?
Yes, you can sit the exam without the course: 1m so'm. A theory test and a practical trial.
Is there a separate charge for equipment and materials?
No, materials and protective equipment are included in the course price.
Can I live in the dormitory?
Yes, there is a 350-bed dormitory: 75,000 so'm a day, with three meals for another 75,000 so'm. Both are optional.
